Vendor/Advertiser Payment Instructions
Vendors: payment must be postmarked by April 5.
Advertisers: 50% of your payment must be postmarked by April 5 (non-refundable). The remaining must be postmarked by April 12 with the advertisement artwork.
If you are a food vendor, you must apply for and obtain the appropriate food permits.

- Consult the table below to find out the fees due for your organization.
- Vendors and Advertisers are required to pay the tournament fees by check only.
- Write your organization name on the check.
- Please make checks payable to Field Hockey Federation and mail to:
