Vendor/Advertiser Payment Instructions

Vendors: payment must be postmarked by April 5.

Advertisers: 50% of your payment must be postmarked by April 5 (non-refundable). The remaining must be postmarked by April 12 with the advertisement artwork.

If you are a food vendor, you must apply for and obtain the appropriate food permits.

  1. Consult the table below to find out the fees due for your organization.
  2. Vendors and Advertisers are required to pay the tournament fees by check only.
  3. Write your organization name on the check.
  4. Please make checks payable to Field Hockey Federation and mail to:
