Exhibitors: payment must be postmarked by April 7 (non-refundable).
Advertisers: payment and the advertisement artwork must be postmarked by April 7 (non-refundable).
If you are selling food, you must apply for and obtain the appropriate food permits.

- Consult the table below to find out the fees due for your organization.
- Exhibitors and Advertisers are required to pay the tournament fees by check only.
- Write your organization name on the check.
