Exhibitor Registration Guide

1. Register to be an Exhibitor:

   • Register with Cal Cup: Register Online to be a exhibitor at the Cal Cup Tournament.
   • Exhibitor Registration Packet: Please fill out the Exhibitor Letter of Agreement and send it to us with your payment.
   • Food Permits: Fill out the appropriate food permits by visiting our Food Permits page.

2. View the List of Exhibitors:

   • 2012 Exhibitor List.
   • 2011 Exhibitor List.
   • 2010 Exhibitor List.
   • 2009 Exhibitor List.
   • 2008 Exhibitor List.

3. View your Exhibitor Layout Assignment:

   • 2013 Exhibitor Layout Assignment.
   • 2012 Exhibitor Layout Assignment.
   • 2011 Exhibitor Layout Assignment.
   • 2010 Exhibitor Layout Assignment.
   • 2009 Exhibitor Layout Assignment.
   • 2008 Exhibitor Layout Assignment.

4. Advertise in the Cal Cup Program:

   • Register with Cal Cup: Register Online.
   • Advertising Agreement: After registering online, please fill out the Advertising Agreement and send it to us with your payment.

5. Display Your Company's Banner:

   Make your product or company visible to thousands of spectators by Registering Online and/or completing Banner Agreement to display a banner! Your 3' by 6' banner will be displayed at the Cal Cup Super Division Field, the busiest part of the tournament. Please note, Online Payment is acceptable for both methods of registration.

6. Obtain Directions and Reserve Hotel/Car:

   Get Directions to the venues and make Hotel and Rental Car Reservations. Make sure you bring the field map with you to the tournament.
