Payment Instructions

Your payment must be postmarked by April 5. If your payment or registration is postmarked after April 5, you must pay a Late Fee.

In addition, if you have registered players under the age of 18 or foreign players, please complete and submit the appropriate forms:

Payment Instructions

  • Consult the table below to find out the fees due for your division. The total fee consists of the Registration Fee, the Refundable Umpires Deposit*, and the Refundable Forfeit Deposit.
  • New for 2010: Refundable Forfeit Deposit is required for some divisions. This will be returned to teams that do not forfeit their games.
  • Domestic Teams are required to pay the tournament fees by check. International Teams may pay by wire transfer or money order.
  • Write your team name and division on the check.
  • Please provide separate checks for Registration Fee, Refundable Umpires Deposit, and the Refundable Forfeit Deposit.

Late Fees

*In order to receive your Umpiring Deposit Refund, you must meet the Umpiring Deposit Refund Requirements.
