Team Registration Guide

1. Decide

   Consult the Division Information page to decide which division you want to play in.
   
   If you are player that needs a team to play on or a team that needs another player, please visit the Need a Team / Need a Player page.

2. Register Online

   Register for your team's division from the Register Online page.
   
   
   • Pay Tournament Dues: Be sure to pay for the tournament by April 7 or you will be required to pay an additional Late Fee.
   • Under 18 Players: Each player under the age of 18 must submit the Emergency Information & Consent to Treat Form.
   • Foreign Players: Each foreign player must submit a completed Foreign Players Waiver.
   • Social, Competitive, U-19 and U-16 Divisions: To be eligible for the Umpires Deposit, register a designated umpire by April 7.

3. Display Your Team's Photo:

   Personalize your Offical Cal Cup Tournament Program by registering to display your team photo and roster in the program! Your half page full color photo and roster will be displayed proudly in the program and turn your Official Cal Cup Program into a meaningful keepsake.

4. Display Your Team's Banner:

   Promote your team name and make it visible to thousands of spectators by registering to display a banner! Your 3' by 6' banner will be displayed at the Cal Cup Super Division Field, the busiest part of the tournament.

5. Buy a Parking Pass:

   Buy a Parking Pass online to ensure you have a place to park at the tournament.

6. Buy Your Party Tickets:

   Buy Your Party Tickets in advance.

7. Volunteer to Help:

   We need your help running the tournament and kindly ask for two volunteers per team.

8. Attend Registration Night:

   Attend the Registration Night at the Hyatt to complete your Team Registration.



9. Obtain Directions and Reserve Hotel/Car:

   Get Directions to the venues and make Hotel and Rental Car Reservations. Make sure you bring the field map with you to the tournament.
